One-day outing, hiking, and photography in Nanshan Pasture

10:00 Gather at the entrance of Urumqi Yema Hotel in the development zone. The tour guide will hold a yellow and black flag with the word ‘口碑’ on it for identification.
10:00-11:30 Visit the outer park and gallery of Xinjiang Yema Ancient Ecological Park, with a professional interpreter throughout (for groups of 10 or more) (1 hour and 30 minutes)
11:40-12:20 Depart for Haierbage Restaurant (40-minute drive)
12:30-13:30 Free time to visit the ethnic characteristics of the restaurant and enjoy lunch (1 hour)

Day 1
Urumqi – Khan-Shyrak Ancient Ecological Park – West Poplar Grove – Urumqi
Accompanied by the morning light in Urumqi, we will go to the Yema Ancient Ecological Park in the development zone on our own. You can take Urumqi BRT Line 1 and get off at Gaoxin Street, then walk for 10 minutes to arrive. The interpreter and tour guide will greet you at the entrance of the scenic area. Upon entering the park, we will first visit the classic collection of red memories. It is full of crafts collected by the boss from the folk, each of which will astonish you! With fascinating explanations, we can see the 100-million-year-old silicified wood park that only exists in Xinjiang. It is said that a silicified wood tree in Beijing Garden Expo was also transported from here.
After visiting the Yema Ecological Park, we will go to Xinjiang Haierbage Restaurant to taste authentic Xinjiang cuisine. This is not an ordinary group restaurant, but a very popular and hard-to-book restaurant in Urumqi! For your experience, we have carefully made a reservation in advance.
After a short lunch break, we set out for Nanshan Pasture, the backyard garden and aristocratic ranch of Urumqi. As soon as we got off the bus, we enjoyed the blue sky, white clouds, forests, and grasslands here. What’s more precious is the refreshing air, which is simply refreshing.
