Clothing
Bring a fleece jacket, a set of quick-dry underwear (moisture-wicking), 2~3 short-sleeved shirts, 1~2 pairs of quick-dry pants (both thin and thick), one quick-dry long-sleeved jacket, and one quick-dry long-sleeved T-shirt. Don’t bring dresses or skirts, as the temperature difference between day and night is large. You can easily add layers on top, but it’s not as convenient for your lower half. Also, avoid wearing sandals and instead opt for hiking shoes. The weather can change drastically during this season, so make sure to take proper precautions against the cold.
