　　Arrive at the territory of the oil city of Karamay at noon, lunch will be arranged by yourself at a suitable time.​

　　When uneven platforms appear on the horizon, resembling castles, we have passed the Devil’s City. But due to the scorching sun, we will not visit it and instead continue to advance towards the vast desert grassland of Hefeng County. Unlike green wetland grasslands, the scenery of the desert grassland is slightly desolate, but it can still nourish fat sheep and cattle. In the distance, you can see a large area of red roofs ahead, which is the fairy tale-like border town of Burqin County. The Irtysh River, which flows into the Arctic Ocean in China, flows slowly by the side of the county. The county is clean and tidy, and hotels and inns along the street indicate that this is a veritable tourist city.​

　　When the sun sets, visit [Colorful Beach]. This is a special river beach of the Irtysh River. The south bank is lush trees and grasslands, while the north bank is barren land. Each bank has its own unique scenery. The hills here are rich in landform colors and are called God’s overturned palette. Especially when the weather is sunny and the sun sets, after entering the scenic area, you will see the afterglow shining on the hills along the riverbank, with dazzling colors. Walking through the gullies of the land, the soil on both sides is either taupe or golden yellow. You can also climb up to the observation deck to overlook the color impact of the entire scenic area and take the photos you want.​

Guided by the grasslands and forests of the Altay Mountains, arrive at the Jiadenyu Ticket Center, purchase tickets, and transfer to the shuttle bus to enter [Kanas Lake]. The scenery along the way is breathtaking. Let me tell you a little secret: sit on the left side of the shuttle bus to see even more beautiful scenery. As the vehicle travels, it sometimes passes through deep valleys, sometimes through dense forests, and sometimes crosses the Kanas River. One hour later, arrive at the Kanas Transfer Center.​

　　Next, take the shuttle bus to the [Fish Viewing Platform] and challenge the brave path of 1068 steps. For those who persist to the end, the reward is a panoramic view of Kanas Lake from the Fish Viewing Platform atop the peak, as well as the distant tri-country border mountains and the permanently snow-capped Friendship Peak. Overlook Kanas Lake and search for the traces of the Kanas Lake Monster.​

　　In the evening when the crowds have dispersed, take a leisurely stroll along Kanas Lake, listen to the rustling of the pine trees, and watch the tired birds return to their nests. 　　After waking up early, while most tourists are still queuing for the shuttle bus at the Jiadenyu Ticket Station, you will already be leisurely hiking and taking photos along the wooden plank walkway of the Three Bays. Main attractions: The surface of Yaze Lake is calm like a mirror, and you can often see wild ducks, swans, and other wild waterbirds. At Shenxian Bay, the water becomes shimmering, like the glow of a pearl necklace. Next, arrive at Moon Bay and overlook the giant footprint-like bend in the river, vivid and lifelike. Then, arrive at Wolong Bay, resembling a stegosaurus from Jurassic Park lying across the river. You can also return to the Kanas Lake for a stroll and photos, wandering in a photographer’s paradise. Enjoy the joy of freedom.​

　　In the afternoon, gather at the transfer center and take the shuttle bus back to Jiadenyu. Meet your carpool vehicle at the Jiadenyu parking lot and head to the Hemu scenic area. The road to Hemu features dense primitive forests, flat grasslands, and deep gorges. The beautiful scenery along the way is too numerous to take in, making it a scenic highway.​

　　After arriving at the Hemu Ticket Station, transfer again to the scenic area shuttle bus for a tour. When you see a cluster of pointed-roof wooden houses in the distance, that’s [Hemu Village]. The beauty of Hemu lies in its primitiveness. This is the settlement of the Tuwa people of Kanas. The pointed-roof wooden houses are unique, cows and sheep wander leisurely through the village, cats and dogs lazily bask in the sun in the yards, and the Hemu River flows joyfully beside the village. Everything appears peaceful and serene. The village is not large, so you can freely walk around. Stay in a wooden house overnight to experience the primitive lifestyle of the locals.​

　　The scenery will not disappoint early risers. Photography enthusiasts can get up early and climb up to the observation platform. The primitive village seems like a person who has had a good sleep, stretching out its muscles and bones. Watch the wisps of chimney smoke rise, with light blue smoke and morning fog blending together like a thin veil covering Hemu’s head. Cute cows and sheep are heading towards the meadow to graze against the morning sun. The Hemu River flows beside the village, with a wooden bridge spanning both banks. The riverside is adorned with lush birch forests in graceful poses. Empty your mind, listen to the singing of the Hemu River, and watch a flower bloom.​

　　Bid farewell to Hemu and Kanas, and head south to the new oil city – Karamay. Have lunch in Burqin.​

　　In the afternoon, the sun is no longer scorching, sparing you from the sin of severe sun exposure. Then, you arrive at [Urho World Devil City]. The towering Eye of the Devil at the entrance of the scenic area watches every tourist who comes here. Transfer to the special small train shuttle bus to enter the scenic area. The carriages are open, making it convenient for taking photos. As you travel along the winding roads, follow the guidance of the audio guide and look far into the distance at those platforms, some high and some low. Some resemble an eagle spreading its wings, coming straight at you; some resemble a dog looking at the moon, lifelike and vivid; and some resemble the Titanic, magnificent and spectacular. It makes people feel very magical.​

　　After visiting the Devil City, you will pass the Karamay 100-mile Oilfield. As far as the eye can see, all you can see are oil pumping units. When they operate, they go up and down, and are vividly called nodding donkeys. When this rhythmic movement is seen over a radius of several dozen kilometers, you can personally feel the pulse of this oil city. This industrial city built in the desert is a miracle in the history of urban construction in New China. Arrive in Karamay City in the evening and check into the hotel. 　　The car is driving on a flat and wide highway, also along the economic belt of Northern Xinjiang. The highway passes through fertile farmland and emerging cities, and you can also see vast deserts. After passing through Bole City, you will climb over several huge hill-like terraces. Suddenly, in the distance where your eyes can reach, a faint blue color seems to hang in the sky like a mirror. As you get closer, you realize that it is actually a huge lake.​

　　This is the beautiful Sayram Lake. Sayram Lake is beautifully lonely, with no forests or rivers around it, only towering mountains in the distance. Sayram Lake unreservedly displays its beauty before your eyes. After purchasing tickets at the ticket office, you will begin the official tour of the day, taking a shuttle bus to circle the lake. There are several stops along the way where you can enjoy the scenery of the alpine lake, as well as the harmony of grassland, forest, and lake water. The driver will go ahead and wait at the South Gate.​

　　After the tour around Sayram Lake, we reluctantly leave and soon enter the Guozigou Tunnel. The magnificent Guozigou Bridge winds like a huge dragon among the mountains. The car passes through tunnels and drives on viaducts, moving through the scenery of the Guozigou valley. 　　After taking photos in the flower sea, proceed to Nalati Grassland for a meeting with the grassland and experience the customs of nomadic peoples. Visit the [Aerial Grassland], one of the world’s four major grasslands and a subalpine meadow plant area, which has been a famous pasture since ancient times. Its unique natural landscape, long historical culture, and rich ethnic customs constitute a unique frontier scenery. Here, you can bask in the gentle and warm sunshine of the grassland, breathe in the fragrance of flowers弥漫 in the breeze, and enjoy the rich and authentic natural landscape of the grassland. 　　The Duku Highway, these four words must not be unfamiliar to you if you love traveling. On this day, we will travel along the northern section of the Duku Highway, crossing the Tianshan Mountains, and experience the charm and scenery of the Duku Highway, one of China’s highways. Due to its opening, the distance between northern and southern Xinjiang has been shortened by nearly half from the original more than 1,000 kilometers, making it a monument in the history of China’s highway construction. To build this highway, tens of thousands of soldiers worked tirelessly for 10 years, with 168 of them sacrificing their lives. Therefore, it is also known as the "Road of Heroes".​

　　Along the way, there are vast and picturesque grasslands, towering mountains covered in snow, and the world-famous 100-meter snow prevention corridor. There are endless beautiful scenes along the way. On this day, travel by car over this highway and experience the magic of ice and fire. There are several viewpoints along the way for parking and photos, such as Tianpu Scenic Spot and Qiaerma Martyrs Cemetery.​

　　After exiting the mountain road, pass through Dushanzi and head to Anjihai Grand Canyon. Suddenly, a huge gorge appears on the flat horizon, with vertical cliffs being extremely thrilling. The ochre-red soil is mixed with gravel, creating a primitive and magnificent scenery, with breathtaking and profound views. Returning to the G30 highway, the journey back to Urumqi is smooth, and the group dismisses after a pleasant trip to Northern Xinjiang.​

　　1. The Duku Highway is a mountain road with a flat asphalt highway throughout. However, due to many curves, narrow roads, and numerous uphill and downhill sections, it is easy to get carsick. Friends who are prone to carsickness should prepare carsickness medication in advance;​

　　2. Mountain roads have a high risk factor. The driver will make appropriate stops at safe parking points for photos, but overall timing will be arranged by the driver;​
