Precautions
1. When you first arrive in the northwest, take plenty of rest. Please do not drink tap water. Drink mineral water and hot water to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort. Eat and drink in moderation to avoid overeating, which can increase the burden on your stomach and intestines.
2. During the trip, you will pass through areas inhabited by multiple ethnic groups. There are many customs and taboos, and the lifestyle and personality differ from those in other regions and the Han ethnicity. Please follow the arrangements of the resort ambassador. Please get along well with other tour members, respect the culture and religious beliefs of ethnic areas, and respect ethnic etiquette.
