Day 1: Urumqi – Beitun
Proceed to Urumqi Station (High-speed Railway Station) to gather at 18:00. Take an air-conditioned train to the border town – Beitun City. Overnight stay on the air-conditioned train.
Day 2: Beitun – Kanas
In the morning, the tour guide will start to hold up signs to pick up passengers at the exit one after another. Please wash up on the train in advance; (the tour guide’s contact information, our company will arrange for the tour guide to contact you the day before and inform you of the content on the pick-up sign and the contact information). Afterwards, take a vehicle to the restaurant for breakfast, and then take a vehicle to [Kanas Scenic Area] including (about 240 kilometers, driving for about 5 hours). On the way, visit [Colorful Beach (self-paid)] (visit for about 30 minutes). Colorful Beach is a national 4A scenic area. Pass through the [Heiliutan Grassland], arrive at Jiadengyu for lunch, and then head to the Kanas ticket station [including first ticket and round-trip shuttle bus, visit for about 4 hours]. Arrive at the Kanas scenic area ticket gate and transfer to a shuttle bus to enter Kanas National Geological Park. Sightsee along the Kanas River, enjoying the primitive forest of Siberian larch, birch forest scenery, Shenxianwan, Wolongwan, Moon Bay, and Yaze Lake. In the lake area, you can take a cruise ship at your own expense (120 yuan/person, self-paid) to tour Kanas Lake.
Day 3: Kanas – Beitun – Urumqi
After breakfast, take the shuttle bus to Kanas scenic area again, climb the Fish Viewing Pavilion (shuttle bus: 120 yuan/person, self-paid). Pass by the Hundred Flowers Garden, where colorful wildflowers are breathtakingly beautiful. Overlook Kanas Lake, explore the mystery of the lake monster, and take in a distant view of Friendship Peak.
Gather at the scenic area, take the shuttle bus back to Jiadengyu, have lunch in Jiadengyu, and then return to Beitun for dinner. After dinner, take the train back to Urumqi.
Day 4: Urumqi – Warm Home
Arrive in Urumqi in the morning and end your pleasant Kanas trip.
Expenses included:
Accommodation: Jiadengyu standard room, natural single rooms are not provided, and any resulting single room difference must be paid by the guest.
Meals: 4 dinners and 2 breakfasts (standard group meals, ten people per table, eight dishes and one soup). If the number of people is too small, dinners will be changed to local-style casual meals or the number of dishes for dinners with fewer than 10 people will be correspondingly reduced.
Transportation: Urumqi to Beitun round-trip air-conditioned hard sleeper train tickets (guaranteed round-trip train tickets, but berth is not guaranteed). Air-conditioned tourist vehicle for transportation, Beitun Railway Station pick-up and drop-off.
