This year, the total single-entry ticket value of the 42 boutique scenic areas covered by the "Karkatong" Tourist Card is 2175 yuan. Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 These regulations are formulated in accordance with national laws, regulations, and the regulatory requirements of the tourism industry. Cardholders who agree to apply for Karkatong Tourist Cards after reading these regulations are deemed to have acknowledged and are willing to abide by these regulations.
Article 2 Karkatong Tourist Card (hereinafter referred to as "the Card") is a real-name membership card jointly launched by Xinjiang Tourism Scenic Area Ticket Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ticketing Company" or "Card Issuer") and multiple signed core scenic areas within Xinjiang, providing unlimited free entry (excluding individual scenic areas) to the first ticketed area throughout the year. Cardholders can also enjoy preferential discounts when consuming at special merchants.
Article 3 Relevant Entities of Karkatong Tourist Cards:
"Card Issuer" refers to Xinjiang Tourism Scenic Area Ticket Service Co., Ltd., the issuer of Karkatong Tourist Cards.
"Sales Agent" refers to the unit or channel authorized by the card issuer to sell Karkatong Tourist Cards on a commission basis.
"Cardholder" refers to an individual who has paid the card fee and holds the Karkatong Tourist Card, entitling them to member benefits.
"Special Merchants" refers to units that have signed contracts with the card issuer to provide member authentication, entry to scenic areas, or other member benefits to cardholders.
Chapter 2 Membership Card Binding and Registration
Article 4 Individuals who voluntarily abide by these regulations and meet the card purchase conditions stipulated herein may purchase the card at designated service points or distribution channels of the card issuer by cash or card payment.
Article 5 Binding and Activation. Before using the Karkatong Tourist Card for the first time, the cardholder must bind it with their own ID card information. Once bound, it cannot be changed and can only be used by the cardholder themselves. It is invalid if used by others.
The official unified national sales price is 268 yuan per ticket.
