Card Introduction
1. The annual card is valid for 365 days from the date of first information binding. If information is not bound within 3 months after purchasing the card, the validity period will still begin to be calculated.
2. Most scenic areas have unlimited usage, except for individual scenic areas such as Tianshan Tianchi and Keketohai, which have limited usage.
To visit the Baishahu Scenic Area (including Mingsha Mountain, Northwest of the North, and Husband and Wife Guard Post) with the card, a border (frontier defense) pass is required. In-state residents must apply in their household registration location, while out-of-state tourists can apply at various permit issuance points.
3. Due to climate and other factors in Xinjiang, attractions cease operations in winter. Specific closure and opening times are subject to notice.
4. The Wing cartoon Xinjiang Tourism Card only includes the first-entry ticket to scenic areas (spots), and does not include interpretation, guiding, ropeways, transportation within scenic areas, and other self-paid items. When entering the scenic area, holders may not request tickets and invoices. The annual card does not include insurance, and it is recommended that cardholders purchase insurance separately when traveling.
5. The Wing cartoon Xinjiang Tourism Card adopts a real-name registration system and is for personal use only. Upon first use, personal information must be uploaded on the Wing cartoon official menu for registration and activation before use. When using, you must present your ID card and pass a facial recognition verification to enter the park.
6. The tourism card is suitable for self-driving and free-and-easy travelers; travel agencies are prohibited from using it; (Children under 1.2m and seniors over 65 years old (including 65) do not need to purchase a tourism card.
7. The use of this tourism card must comply with the Wing cartoon Xinjiang Tourism Card usage regulations.
