Train Configuration
Carriage type: It adopts 25G air-conditioned train sets, consisting of hard sleeper carriages, soft sleeper carriages, bar carriages, multi-functional leisure carriages, and dining carriages. Some compartments are equipped with private toilets. The soft and hard bedding uses comfortable fabrics, with a guarantee of one change per passenger during the journey, providing passengers with a comfortable resting environment.
Interior decoration: Each carriage is decorated with a unique scene, selecting scenery from six major regions of Altay, Aksu, Ili, Turpan, Hami, and Kashgar. Through hangings, prints, and other methods, Xinjiang’s natural scenery and cultural folklore are deeply integrated, allowing passengers to feel the strong ethnic flavor as soon as they board the train.
Recreational facilities: Equipped with a dedicated bar car providing alcohol tasting and small gatherings, as well as a multifunctional leisure car with areas such as a children’s entertainment zone to meet the needs of different passengers.
Itinerary characteristics
Route design: Connecting major tourist cities within Xinjiang, such as Urumqi, Beitun, Yining, Turpan, Kuqa, Aksu, and Kashgar, with a single journey lasting 14 days. The private train departs in the evening and arrives in the morning, featuring ‘night travel and day tourism’. While tourists rest at night, the train operates, and during the day, tourists arrive at attractions for sightseeing, saving travel time and allowing tourists to rest and play better.
Rich attractions: Passing through multiple popular attractions, connecting scenic spots such as Tianshan Heavenly Lake, Kanas, Sayram Lake, Nalati Grasslands, and Kashgar Old Town into a route, tourists can take in snow-capped mountains, plateaus, lakes, deserts, gobies, oases, grasslands, villages, and other geographical and cultural landscapes, achieving a once-in-a-lifetime journey and exploring the whole of Xinjiang.
