Day One:
At 9:00, head to Nalati Grassland, which is one of the four major grasslands in the world and a subalpine meadow plant area. It has been a famous pasture since ancient times. Get off the bus and walk along the way to enjoy the beautiful scenery on both sides of the Gongnais River, allowing you to forget your worries and listen to the sound of freedom deep within your heart on this grassland. After lunch, take the first shuttle bus in the scenic area to enter and explore. In the evening, participate in the "Meet on the Grassland, Revel in Nalati" themed bonfire party, enjoy the magnificent and unrestrained Kazakh songs and dances, as well as the unique Aken singing and playing, and immerse yourself in the lives of local herdsmen, singing a song and drinking a toast with them. Day Two:
At 8:30, head to Bayinbuluke Swan Lake by car. Bayinbuluke Swan Lake is a serene lake nestled among lush grasslands. June to September is also the best season to photograph whooper swans. At this time, the grasslands are lush, the water is calm, and swans play among them, making the scenery very enchanting. You can bring binoculars to take a distant look at pairs of resting swans. Here, you will surely marvel at the magnificent workmanship of nature, which has created such a carpet and silk like those woven by fairies in heaven. The winding eighteen bends are like an inlaid milky way, and the sunset is breathtakingly beautiful. Have lunch in Bayinbuluke or Nalati Town, and at 16:00, take a car back to Yining City from Nalati Town and check into a hotel in Yining City.

Due to the fame of Swan Lake, Bayinbuluke Grassland Scenic Area has also been called Swan Lake Scenic Area in recent years. Bayinbuluke Swan Lake is a serene lake nestled among lush grasslands. From June to September, many whooper swans come here to breed and rest, creating a peaceful and serene scene. Many photographers come here to capture the beautiful scenery. June to September is also the best season to photograph whooper swans. At this time, the grasslands are lush, the water is calm, and swans play among them, making the scenery very enchanting. To visit Swan Lake, you must first enter the Bayinbuluke Grassland Scenic Area by taking the scenic area’s sightseeing bus. The bus will make three stops along the way, and tourists can take subsequent buses after visiting. Therefore, you can take your time taking photos here. In addition to Swan Lake, the other two stops are Barunkure Temple and Baxilik Viewing Platform. Baxilik Viewing Platform is the famous shooting location for the "Nine-Bend and Eighteen-Turn Scenic Area", so you can enjoy it thoroughly. It is advisable to spend about one day exploring the entire scenic area.
Day 3:
Travel Guide: Sayram Lake is located in Bortala Prefecture in western Xinjiang, close to places like Ili and Huocheng, about 600 kilometers away from Urumqi by car. Most tourists will come here when visiting the western route of Xinjiang (i.e., the Ili route). Sayram Lake is backed by snow-capped mountains, with vast grasslands by the lake and clear blue waters. It has always been one of the most famous attractions in Xinjiang due to its breathtaking scenery. Every June and July, the grasslands by the lake are covered with colorful wildflowers, making it a magnificent sight not to be missed. Sayram Lake is vast, with a highway around the lake of about 60 kilometers. There are various scenic spots around the lake for photography. Generally, tourists need to spend nearly two days here. Most visitors arrive at the lake in the afternoon after departing from Urumqi, take photos of the sunset, and stay overnight by the lake. The next day, they take photos of the sunrise and the scenery by the lake during the day before leaving for Huocheng to take photos of the famous lavender fields and continue their trip to Ili and other places. Currently, there are no shuttle buses within the scenic area, and private cars can enter, so chartering a car is the best way to tour Sayram Lake.
