Altay in Northern Xinjiang
Kanas and Hemu are the core scenic spots of northern Xinjiang, with rich autumn colors like a painting, and the lakes are also a beautiful blue. The Tuvans have lived in the villages of Kanas and Hemu for generations, building wooden houses with local materials, bringing a lively atmosphere that is hard to leave.
Remember to stay one night in each of the two places, go to Kanas Village to listen to some original folk music, and watch a misty sunrise in Hemu Village.
