It is a temple of the Rinzai sect’s Shogoku-ji branch and a representative famous garden of the Muromachi period in Japan. The name Kinkaku-ji originates from the Buddhist name of Ashikaga Yoshimitsu, the third shogun of the Ashikaga shogunate in the Muromachi period of Japan. Also, because the outer walls of the core building, the “Shirei-den”, are all decorated with gold foil, it is also called “Kinkaku-ji”. In December 1994, the entire Rokuon-ji temple site was designated as an important historic building and part of the “Cultural Properties of Ancient Kyoto” by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
[Fushimi Inari Taisha] (about 60 minutes) Built in the 8th century, Fushimi Inari Taisha in Japan mainly enshrines various Inari gods headed by Okuninushi no Mikoto. It enshrines the first and last emperors to reign in Kyoto. The Shinto shrine gardens are behind the main hall, centered around four ponds, integrating various styles of gardens from different eras. It is a representative work of the "pond and stream stroll" style of Meiji-period architecture and is a national scenic spot. One of Kyoto’s three major festivals, the Jidai Matsuri, is held here every year on October 22, during which a procession dressed in traditional costumes and a retinue of horses and carriages will recreate the ancient capital’s scenery.

The park spans over 5.25 square kilometers and boasts many places of historic interest and scenic beauty, with towering trees. There are concentrated deer herds here, totaling over 1,200 deer, and the deer are also very spiritual, approaching visitors who have deer biscuits in their hands. Like other East Asian tea rituals, Japanese tea ceremony is a special culture developed from tea tasting, but it has its own unique content and form. The history of tea ceremony can be traced back to the 13th century. Initially, monks used tea to concentrate their minds, and the Zen master Daoxin once used the phrase "Go and drink tea" to guide his disciples. Later, it became a ritual for sharing tea and snacks. Modern Japanese tea ceremony is divided into two types: matcha (powdered green tea) ceremony and sencha (steeped green tea) ceremony. Tourists can experience the matcha ceremony under the guidance of a tea master, thereby entering into the tranquility and serenity of the Japanese mindset. Or [Earthquake Museum] When thinking of Japan, people naturally think of cherry blossoms and frequent earthquakes. Japan’s disaster education is unique, with facilities like earthquake experience museums that allow people to feel earthquakes in a real way, far more vivid and authentic than obscure textbooks or classroom education.
